Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and continuous monitoring
Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed
Assist doctors during medical examinations and procedures
Record and maintain accurate patient health information
Monitor vital signs such as BP, pulse, temperature, and oxygen levels
Maintain hygiene, infection control, and patient safety standards
Educate patients and families on aftercare and recovery instructions
Respond promptly to emergencies and critical care situations
Coordinate with healthcare teams for effective treatment delivery
Qualifications
PCL Nursing / Diploma in Nursing OR BSc Nursing from a recognized institution
Valid Nursing License from the Nepal Nursing Council (or relevant authority)
Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
Experience
Freshers may apply (for entry-level positions)
1–3 years of clinical or hospital experience preferred for senior roles
Experience in ICU, emergency, or ward care is an advantage
